And I don't think it is all the goverments fault because there are very little goverment workers and alot more people they couldn't have known that two boys would kill over half of a school. If they did they would have stopped it and ever since then they have been very very cautious about school massacres. This is all in my opinion but I think alot of people might agree with me. Our laws do need some working on though.:-(
